Dr. Ye is exceptional. I'm a difficult patient. He was patient and caring through out the entire procedure even though I was acting like a baby. Finally got a tooth fixed that I had waited over 2 years to fill! Next step is Invisalign which I am super excited about. Dr. Ye sat with me at the computer to show me a computer simulation of how my Invisalign trays will transform my smile. Best part, you can't beat this offices price on Invisalign and the fact that they allow low monthly payments to pay it off. From Dr. Ye, to the hygienists, to the assistants, the oral surgeon and periodontist to the front desk... I love this office..
Amazing Dentist, he works with you to give you the best treatment plan. The hygienist is wonderful with patients, takes her time to provide oral hygiene instructions and proper cleanings. Wonderful staff, front desk is very friendly. The manager is perfect to work with and provides awesome customer service. Would highly recommend anyone to visit this office in Islandia, NY.
Dr Steinmetz and her staff helped advise me as to the best options to repair a chipped tooth and had me out with a perfectly repaired tooth in less than an hour. Tooth looks perfect. No pain. Great experience. Thank you Sherry!.
Cleanings are almost painless... something special for my sensitive teeth. Also used this office for Invisaline braces to deal with my age related crowding issues. Dr. Steinmetz asked questions, was very caring and addressed all my concerns! Could not have been better..
