I’ve known Dr Causey my entire life. We grew up across the street from one another but I hadn’t seen him in years since we were both at the Medical University in Charleston. This was my first visit as a patient and couldn’t have been more impressed. I have quite the mess inside my mouth but he and his staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish and quite frankly I’m scared to death of dentists due to a couple of very bad experiences over the years. But then it got to the point where I had to see a dentist. I chose Dr Causey. He is very informative and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. I had no wait time at all. His office is beautiful and inviting. I’ve never felt this comfortable at a dentist than I did with Dr Causey. If I could have given more than 5 stars, then I would have. I highly recommend Dr Causey for anyone who needs any type of dental work. Thank you all at infinity Dental Associates for an incredibly awesome visit!!!.
Dr Causey is a knowledgeable and personable, I felt comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly.
I am amazed at Dr Causey’s skills. I had what I would call a bit of an issue with a fractured tooth. Compare to my previous dentist, I had such an amazing experience. The injection did not hurt at all. There was no “pinch”! He used the exact amount to not feel any pain and when I was finished, the numbness wore off almost immediately. I have experienced my mouth being Jim for almost a day at other places which is unpleasant. The other thing that I was amazed by is how fast he is. I swear he can fill a cavity in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend! Best, JD.
Dr. Mark Pelletier and staff I have been dentist phobic and have neglected my teeth for over 20 years. With much trepidation, I went to Dr. Pelletier and am now looking forward to getting my teeth healthy. His staff, especially Miss Colleen, are wonderful, understanding, patient, and very kind. I am so glad that I found Dr. Pelletier and would recommend him a hundred times over. They are all wonderful people and are committed to getting and keeping your teeth and gums healthy. I can't say enough about how wonderful that I think they all are..
both my children sees this dentist. i would like to say not once have they been afraid .they love going there.very nice people and dr mark is great with the kids and his wife pamala.to.would reccommend his office to anyone..
very disappointed in visit for routine checkup & cleaning. Hygenist seemed dishoveled, forgetting to scrape & polish several of my teeth. During visit I felt the instrument hit one of my teeth. After the visit, I saw that my tooth had been chipped..why didn't the dentist or hygenist see that this had happened & why weren't they more careful as to not chip a patients teeth??? Very disappointed in quality of service......
