Regardless of what work you're having done Dr. Larson has your comfort and dental health in mind. The offices are tidy and clean, and the staff is plesant to talk to as well. Around the Harrisburg area I've been to some pretty sketchy dentists, some of which cared just about doing fillings or quick work that benefited them more so than me. After my first visit with Dr. Larson I was sold. If you want to have a totally painfree trip to the dentist you can't go wrong here. I now feel like there's a plan and vision to keep my smile lasting and have someone that wants the best for my teeth as much as i do. Dude is awesome!!.
Dr. Bennett has been our dentist for over 20 years. He is wonderful. The office staff is very polite and helpful. The dental assistants do a great job....
He is caring and compassionate toward his patients. We are all family to him. He truly cares beyond the walls of his office..
I agree that the front desk people are very nice. And if you are into having dental assistants working on you instead of the dentist this is the perfect place. I, on the other hand, prefer to pay a dentist for doing his job rather than letting an assistant doing it for him; my first tooth filling, my dentist left to let the DA burr down the corners and also do part of the filling. I've never had any dentist letting that happen. It was also too high and I was hurting for 3 weeks AND still sensitive. It also takes me forever to schedule an appointment, and if u don't make it, they'll charge you for missing the appointment. Very disappointed.In response to Ryan's comment, I've been to many dentists before and I've never been that uncomfortable with the quality of care. Your "supervision process" failed because the results speak for themselves. Not only was it high, there's also a corner that's uneven now which I didn't notice until my numbness went away. Yes, NP's and PAs can help with certain things but the MD is always ultimately responsible for the result. That's why they're always supervised.Yes, the high filling can be adjusted but waiting over a month until the next appointment is not what I called acceptable. As for the cancellation process, I never "confirmed" the last appointment when prompted by txt and email. Yet I was still considered confirmed?! What's the point of sending those out if I'm still considered a confirmation either way? Needless to say, you've just lost an unhappy customer. BTW, nice move in comparing yourself to a spa service. I know plenty of other good service businesses who don't charge their customers for unable to make their appointments..
My family moved to Hershey Area 3 years ago and we are so pleased with care we receive at Hershey Dental Associates. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with the utmost care and never see a wait time more than a couple minutes. They are very modern with technology and still as biological as possible. The doctors are kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone!.
Dr. Buehner and Brandy the Manager/Hygienist are fabulous! We bring our entire family here and they do an amazing job with the kids. Brandy always streams children's programming for the kids to watch while they get their teeth cleaned and Dr. Buehner is always personable. Have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so..
