Made an appointment on Monday due to my 92 year old mother having an infected tooth after visiting her doctor and getting a prescription for an antibiotic on Sunday. The doctor orders were to get her to dentist ASAP. I received a confirmation for the appointment for Wednesday from Aspen Dental. This was the quickest dentist I could get an appointment for. When we got to the office they said she did not have an appointment since they were overbooked. Asked since it was an mistake by Aspen Dental and since they made the appointment and confirmed what they are going to do about it. They said; they would not do anything it was our problem, they must have had a glitch in there system. They could make her an appointment for some time next week. The original appointment was made by calling their office and talking to a live person. I then said this is an emergency service and the sign on the window said they accept emergency patients. They told me the sign was false they do not accept emergency patients. This was the worst customer service and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. With the false advertisement and lying, I am surprised they are in business. If Aspen Dental would told me the truth on Monday, I could have made an appointment with her normal dentist on Monday that was a week out, but messing with Aspen Dental and scheduling now having to schedule a new appointment today with her normal dentist has caused my 92 year old mother to live with tooth pain for 3 extra days Thank You Aspen for 3 days of unnecessary tooth pain for my mother..
My husband and I have been Dr Muster's patients for more than 10 years, he did implants for my husband 10 years ago and me 8 years ago respectively, and so far our implants are fully functional, he has superb technique and kind service, he is a trustworthy and respected dentist. Thank you very much Dr Muster!.
Hygienists have poor communication and come off as if they are lecturing or judging the patient. Makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. Very overpriced. I have heard from past employees that many of the procedures are not even needed. They are just out to get money. Wait time is often very long..
I have had several crowns done by Dr Bob! He is a perfectionist and does a great job! The staff is wonderful in the front office and in the back! The rooms are always clean, which is important to me. He listens to me and works within my budget, finding work-a-rounds when I can't afford a procedure. My teeth have always been a disaster, and i appreciate him working with me financially and doing such a good job..
A huge Thank You to Aspen Dental in Miamisburg Ohio. I was seen today as a new patient. Aspen Dental was very accommodating for my dental emergency. They are all very helpful and caring. I really appreciate the excellent care that I received today. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental if you need to see a dentist.
