Dr Jain did not communicate well with my son's orthodontist. I felt like a pinball back and forth between the two and the office was hard to reach with an answering machine presence vs. live person. I was fine and perservered back and forth reaching a solution for my son. However, a cavity in a tooth he filled came out twice, each within a 30 day period. When I asked that another dentist fill it the 3rd time, as he had 2 tries, he let me go as a patient with a formal letter. We won't go back.
Dr. Jain is the best dentist I have ever known. He truly cares for his patients and offers solutions based on their needs..
In need of some serious cosmetic dentistry, I consulted with 6 different dentists . Although Dr. Patel was the most expensive, I went with him because of his professionalism, patience and good-nature. His work is flawless; my teeth turned out great! I would highly recommend him and am glad that he has agreed to take me on as one of his regular patients..
Dr Patel and his staff are amazing. Truly know the right way to treat their patients. I have been going to this practice for 10 years. I went today completely stressed and a little under the weather. They looked at me and understood that I had a lot going on work wise and told me that I was ok to leave and take care of my work and we could reschedule. No penalties, no fees. I didn't even have to say anything. They sensed it and offered me the option. I can't say enough about how much that meant to me. Most businesses nowadays don't seem to care about customer service. This practice is the antithesis of that and cares about its patients deeply and it shows. I would highly recommend this practice. Dr Patel and his staff are amazing.
