He is a nice man and my mom and I wrongfully trusted him. I went to Dr Kleinrock from ages 10-16. Started out as him putting on braces to fix a gap in my bite from pulling out a tooth (I didn't have a permanent tooth in that spot as seen in x-rays he took) which drastically exacerbated my existing TMJ. While having the braces on I had told him my jaw was clicking which he said was normal and I was just going through puberty. When I got my braces off after a few months, my teeth shifted a bit. He told me it was from "over wearing" my retainer (I did not, I followed his directions exactly). He re-did the braces on my bottom teeth to shift things back. Again after a year of having just bottom braces, a few moths after they came off my teeth shifted back. My jaw clicking continued and as I got older became accompanied by pain and headaches. Over time, this eroded my jaw bone which has caused consistent pain into my late 20s. TMJ is visible in x-rays taken from when I was 10 and the symptoms I told him were clear indicators. I have since been to another dentist who has corrected most of Dr Kleinrock's errors but I have to live with them to this day..
Lousy experience. Did not do a thing to help me. Perhaps felt I do not have money, treating Patients by appearance. Charge me $5 for a free sample. I give a one star because of a clean office.. As a dentist he is not in the right profession, Could not even diagnose why I was having so much pain in my gum and He is a Periodontist. Referred me to an Oncology dentist that was even worse. Shame on the dental industry, Unless you do implants no dentist will give you a thorough consult..
Dr. Kleinrock does not explain procedures in clear manner.He is often rush. His often staff is very rude, especially the receptionist. He offers chances to win prizes(ipads) if you post positive reviews. I think that is why there may be disproportionate amount of 5 stars..
First rate dental office. I had a terrible toothache and was up all night. They returned my call in the middle of the night and got me in first thing on the morning and gave me options to save my tooth. Most importantly the pain was gone by the end of the appointment and it didn’t cost me as much as I thought it would. Dr Lesser and his staff were amazing !!!! Highly recommend them..
One of the most honest orthodontists around. We brought our two sons to Dr. Kleinrock for a second opinion when they were ages 10 and 12. We were originally told by another orthodontist that both my sons needed their teeth pulled and braces put on. After consulting with Dr. Kleinrock, he looked at the x-rays and told us that we should wait until their baby teeth fall out and it was quite possible they may not need braces. We took his advice and followed up with Dr. Kleinrock two years later. Sure enough he was right, our older son's teeth grew in straight and did not need braces. Our younger son did need them but no teeth needed to be pulled. We eventually brought our youngest to Dr. Kleinrock and she too needed braces. Both of our kids' teeth look great! The service he provides is well above par. He has a cordial attitude, he makes our children's visits a pleasant one, he is prompt, rarely a wait and his staff is very friendly & accommodating. Excellent and efficient service. Appointments are always on time and the staff is tremendously friendly. My experience from start to finish was amazing. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. Thanks to the entire team at Kleinrock Orthodontics once again..
