I have seen Dr. Amy for years. I went to her when she worked at another dentist office,and have followed her to her own practice. She was THE most gentle, sweet, kind Dr I have ever been blessed to meet. That is saying a lot since I am a critical care nurse for over 20 + years. I have endured the equivalent to Dental Hell over my lifetime, and when I came to Dr Amy, she was my angle sent from God. I mean that literally. Very very few people in healthcare truely have a tender gift of healing. If the tenderness is there, usually it becomes hardened over the years. This Dr is only matched in tenderness by the fact that her heart is sincerely caring and loving. She takes her pt's to heart. She has a gentle touch like no other I have ever seen, and she is truly brilliant.She has the full medical knowledge to handle your dental issues while knowing exactly how your overall physical health is, and how that will impact your dental outcome. She will not let you be in pain if she can help it and really cares about her pt long after you leave her chairside. If you need a dentist... believe me...go to Dr Pugh. You will not regret it. I will never see another. .
