Although not in our ?network of orthodontists for our families insurance plan we chose to still use Dr. Jennifer Cox. Not only is Dr. Cox talented, but her entire staff is professional, supportive and helpful. Kids and adults alike love her and her staff. Everything is very state of the art. There is no wondering if your child is getting the best possible treatment. Plus the environment is very enjoyable & relaxing making what can be a difficult process much more pleasant. Both my daughter and son just recently got braces with J. Cox Orthodontics. They have all been so helpful and kind from the very beginning! The friendly staff has welcomed my children and the staff always have smiles on their faces. I love the way the office celebrates with their clients and how they make a home to real world connection with Dr. Cox through various community activities and events! Did not have a good experience with this practice. Although they have a beautiful set up and seem so up to date with Dentistry, they will fool you. If you don't have insurance they don't even want to set up appointments for you. They wrongly treated me for an absess tooth, instead of just fixing the cavity. The staff is very rude and we will never go back..
