Nice, but I'm severely disappointed. After crown failure that lead nerve damage and a root canal later that developed an infection, they refused to give refund. Endodontist told me she'd refund if the root canal failed. The dentist said "no," but I insisted after saying I now have an infection, and he reluctantly agreed. Afterwards, I called and the "manager," who refused to give the refunds. Had the audacity to ask why I wouldn't trust them with implants after 2 failed procedures (and he would be "nice enough" to use that money as credit). Also, he claimed they charged me for the onlay price and not crown price and mentioned I got second crown for free post-root canal (an investigation from insurance company ongoing about both. seems dubious)..
Sharma has purchased the place from previous owners, and the place went downhill fast, as while hygienist is fine, Dr. Sharma is very young and inexperienced, and tries to sell unnecessary work, trying to exaggerate pockets in gums to force people to pay about $1,000 for periodontal cleaning, when $100 regular cleaning is fine (I have left their office, and went to periodontist, as they really scared me into losing my teeth, unless I have paid $1000 for deep cleaning. 2nd opinion paid off..
I have to say she is the best dentist I've ever been to and I will continue to go there Love you guys..

Dr. Karabell is a wonderful doctor! Dr. Karabell is an all-around great doctor. He is caring, intelligent, realistic but reassuring, and always goes above and beyond. His staff is equally wonderful. Making appointments is never difficult and they are very nice on the phone..
