As someone who heavily is into reviews I was not sure why they only have 3 stars. By far the most hygienic and friendly dentist office I have seen in my 48 years on earth. The staff are very friendly and reassuring. Dr Pena is amazing. She listened to what my concerns were and addressed them with care and compassion. The only reason I can think for a low review would be the wait time. That said I would strongly recommend Dr Pena and her staff. I have found my Dentist for life. Thank You Dr Pena and staff. Dr. Pena is honestly one of the best dentists in the business. She is patient, understanding and very caring of all her patients. The staff is wonderful. I feel blessed to have found such an amazing professional..
Unfortunately I would never recommend anyone to this office. Nothing personal to the Drs or team (sad enough I didn’t make it that far to meet anyone). Our 1st appointment there was a joke we waited for 1hr 20min before we left because I had to work( I was on time for our appointment)front desk team ...no personality no one greeted us or said hello you just walk up say you have an appt and they ask name? Ok here’s some paperwork.... Rescheduled for 2 weeks later at 10am, my boys did not go to school that morning for our scheduled appt. We walk in and I ask her if she could tell us if they’re running on time?, she tells me there’s 5 charts ahead of me so maybe an hour! An appt to me means a reserved time for the Dr. to see me. At this point I’m upset and I ask her how is it that I rescheduled last time because of this, didn’t take my kids that morning to school because I had made an appt. what are the appointments for then? So you just book and see them whenever you can? She said yes basically we book the schedule and unless ur the first one here we are never on time. That’s how it is. I mean jaw dropping. We got up and walked out and asked to please be removed from their schedule. Enough said. They need practice managemt for sure. It’s a shame really. I’m sure everyone’s nice and great but first impressions say a lot and I just can’t imagine what it’s like once you’re actually in the back in a room. Appointments don’t mean schmit..

I have been going to Kane Dental for many years. The service is great. They listen and are very accommodating. Today I went into the office and the service from the front office till I got of the chair was impeccable. Dr. Pinkis did a great job in repairing my bridge. Thanks Kane Dental..
I am writing about the office help at Kane Dental 72 Fulton Ave. Hempstead. Sandra(Dr's Assistant, Marie (Hygienist), Rhona (Administrative). These ladies are all excellent at their jobs, very caring, pleasant, and makes sure as a patient you leave very satisfied. I think Sandra is as good as any of the doctors. The other receptionists are good but I have always had great experiences with these 3 ladies. I am always scared of the dentist but because they always create a warm and pleasant atmosphere, I felt comfortable doing root canal, bridges, implant, cleaning, within a matter of months. These ladies are great. I hope they are being recognized and paid properly for their service..
