The experience started out great with Dr long and then Dr Kramer sent the lady helping him over to us and then he came over and rudely told me to shut off my mothers phone. I told him that her phone was linked to her hearing aids and I was trying to turn the ringer down and he rolled his eyes and left the room. Kelsey and Paten told us everything was ok and not to worry about this . My mother paid over 2,000 dollars cash and had it not been for Kelsey working there se would have left. I personally have used Dr Smiths office for over 20 years and I Never have had an awful experience like this before. If Dr Kramer continues to treat patients like this this company will definitely loose patients. My mother is elderly and she thought she had done something wrong and l had to keep reassuring her that she didn’t. On a good note the rest of the staff were great and Dr Long was kind and he didn’t rush through and he answered all of my mothers questions ..
A co worker had recommended Dr Brown. I dread going to a dentist so I was happy to find that the doctor and his staff made me feel at ease immediately. Everyone is cheerful and aren’t rushing. I have had general care (cleanings) here, as well as a cosmetic repair on (previous) chipped bonding. I would highly recommend this office..

I had some work I needed to get done that was long overdue, a dental implant and a wisdom tooth extraction. I'll be honest... I've never enjoyed visiting the dentist and terrified of getting a wisdom tooth pulled and even more terrified of an implant. Much to my surprise, the wisdom tooth was pulled in less than a minute and didn't hurt at all. The tooth that needed an implant was a bit more tricky with the extraction because my tooth was broken. Prior to getting to work, Dr. Lee was very clear in explaining the process and very considerate with ensuring my comfort throughout the process. I'm very pleased and overall, it was nowhere near as bad as I had imagined. I've been around the block with other dentists and I've finally found one that I'm confident with and can completely recommend. The service is second to none, it's a family practice (father and son), and the technology and equipment used here is state of the art.
