Not forth coming when informing patients whether they are out of network provider. Led patient to believe that they were still in-network but never divulged that dentist that was in-network was no longer employed. Deceptive practices made patient believe practice was still in-network and informed patient that all services was approved by insurance company but later patient received a bill. When questioned, office manager just says that patient read and approved office policy. If they were forthcoming and honest, services would not have been completed. Would not recommend due to deceptive practices and dishonesty..
