This guy was the worst dentist that I have every experienced in all my years of going to a dentist. It's all about money and not the patient. He could care less about the patient as long as he can push you through and get to the next patient. If you have a problem that needs attention asap, don't call because you are going to wait a couple weeks..
Seems impatient with staff. Prompt service. Performs procedures different than my previous dentist, which may be contributed to staying up to date with training. Dentist puts an emphasis on technology which is impressive!.
Didn't even know his name.( Dr Deets ) I had to ask his receptionist who also happened to be the "dental hygienist" but didn't know how to take an xray. Was never told any sort of treatment plan, he handed me a prescription for antibiotics even though he mentioned nothing about infection and when i asked if he could pull it his response was " I don't have time for that " EVEN THOUGH my appointment was a 45 min block. Just...don't go there. It used to be great and its turned to crap..
I take my mother to Aspen Dental’s Union Deposit Office to have work done. I am very particular about my mother but the service the staff in general gives us is outstanding they are very professional, courteous and understanding of her situation. The staff is very good with my mother and tries to make her experience as comfortable as possible but especially the Dental Assistant Wendy she always goes the extra mile: listening intently to her complaints, very knowledgeable in offering practical advice, very caring, and extremely polite. I would and will recommend Aspen Dental Union Deposit, Harrisburg, PA to anyone with a dental need..
