The receptionist is very rude. This says he accepts new patients but when I called with a dental emergency the very rude receptionist told me he didn't accept new patients. I told her I had family that went to him and recommended him so she gave me an appointment 6 weeks away. Because he was recommended by family i was going to try to wait until then but I called again 2 weeks later because the pain was so bad. I was told I couldn't get in any sooner. I asked if she could please call me if an appointment came open sooner and she very rudely told me that they don't do that for new patients. I asked if they knew of an emergency dentist. She very coldly said "nope, I don't know any." This is the epitome of very poor customer service. According to people who have seen Dr Stricklin, he is a very good kind dentist but something needs to be done about this receptionist. It's not worth the hassle no matter how good he is if you have to deal with his receptionist for 1 minute..

I was just there today, 1/25/2017, for some extensive work.He is absolutely the best dentist i have been to yet. He is very kind and considerate and gives you all the options of what you are dealing with and doesn't pressure you at all about it. His assistant was very nice and courteous as well. I will always come to you guys anytime I need dental work done and thank you so much for going the extra mile for me..
Terrible customer service. My fianc�© and I have been trying to pay her bill for months now over the phone and no one can seem to answer - and they have the audacity to charge us "late interest!" We're not paying a dime until they call us..
