I had painful chipped tooth and had never been in before. Receptionists very helpful and said I could be seen in 30 minutes. Only waited 15 minutes to see doctor once I arrived. Mary, doctor Kyrk's assistant very pleasant and cheerful, she explained what was happening the entire time including what she was writing in notes. Dr. Kyrk was just great also. Very pleasant experience, good music and awesome staff. .
Being in my 20s and my childhood dentist moving to a different city, I had to finally start looking around for a new dentist and somewhere affordable. Unfortunately, the first place I went to saw me the first time, billed me an outrageous statement, and then never decided to call me back or follow up no matter how many messages I left. At the second place I tried, it seemed like the doctor never even wanted to talk to me. I had to tell my questions to the assistants, then they would ask the doctor, and then report back to me. There was also quite a bit of pain whenever they did any type of work. Needless to say, it was a mess, and I was already getting burned out and a tad bit traumatized. Well, they say that third time is the charm, and it really is. I found Harrah Family Dentistry after one of my family members had mentioned something about how great of an experience he had there. I decided to look it up on the internet, and all the fantastic reviews looked really promising. So despite my apprehension to deal with yet another new dentist, I called them up. They actually got me in the same day that I called! So far, there has been nothing but perfection from them. Everyone, from the receptionists, assistants, to Dr. Kyrk himself, has made me feel so unbelievably comfortable and informed. If I have any questions whatsoever, they are able to answer immediately. There is such a great energy amongst everyone, and it shines through in their work. Every single person there is amazing. Even though it doesn't apply to me, I can tell that the office is super kid-friendly. They have kid's books and toys in the waiting room, and several stickers and candy for when they are about to leave. This is easily the most comfortable, fun (and that's rarely a word associated with going to the dentist's office), and VERY affordable dentistry offices that I have been to. And the best part: No pain so far! I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. All in all, if you are searching for a new dentist or are not pleased with your current one in any way, I HIGHLY recommend you give these guys a try. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I am so thankful I found this place..
