I posted details on Google reviews. My advice in summary is to find a different dentist. This office is unprofessional overall. As a fellow patient, I encourage you to find a dentist who is a member of the American Dental Association. The essence of my complaint with this office revolves around billing practices, but that is simply the “highlight” of the experience. The experience was poor from the moment I walked through the door for my appointment to meeting Adam Plaster and finally to receiving the bill, which was 3 to 4 times the amount that the office had quoted me, despite the fact that no services were provided beyond the scope of the quote. Dr. Plaster stated that the reason he had stopped accepting insurance is because of all the calls he gets from people (“a lot,” he said, “just like you”) who were angry about the bills they received. NOTE: This office often gets “a lot” of calls from angry patients who are surprised by their bills. Consider that and look elsewhere..
I've been seeing Dr. Goll for about seven years now and I've had nothing but great care from him. I started seeing him after I had a recurring problem filling with my previous dentist. Dr. Goll took care of it and it hasn't been an issue since.The staff is also wonderful; they create a friendly and warm environment that's very comforting. I highly recommend him!.
