In July 2023, I went in for my deep teeth cleaning. Pam was the assigned hygienist. Of all the teeth cleanings I can recall over the years (I'm age 68), my experience with Pam's ultrasonic teeth cleaning work was very thorough and the most gentle. My teeth did not hurt at all after the process..
I was having terrible tooth pain and after being able to fit me in the same day, Dr. Nguyen told me I would need two root canals and referred me to an endodontist. When they couldn't fit in me for two weeks, Dr. Nguyen called around and found me an appointment within the week! I have never had a better experience at a dentist and will be recommending them to everyone..
I met & received a cursory report from the dentist, which was fine as I have no major problems. She did ask me if I had questions or concerns. Spent less than 4 minutes w/me. The dentist's use of the 3rd person plural (we), when referring to me & my dental care was off-putting (both dentist & hygienist spoke this way). I didn't feel like I was on a "team". My hygienist spoke in a very low voice. I told him more than once that I'm hard of hearing & could barely hear him, yet he continued to speak in a low voice. I had to constantly ask him to repeat himself. Created delays during a too short appt. When sitting to talk about my care, the hygienist was perpendicular to my body but his chair was set behind my head so he wasn't in my line of sight when I turned my head. I asked why, but he didn't answer. Found this unusual. Hygienist asked me to hold suction tool despite my hand weakness. The dental care was fine. I may ask for a different hygienist to avoid the communication issues..
Dr. Donnelly is very pleasant and knows his trade extremely well. I've had multiple fillings done, and never any issues. He genuinely cares about his patients, and always listens to any concerns I might have..
I was into my appt very quickly and the financing was easy . I’m looking forward to my new smile ????.
I had to have a tooth extraction and it went very well. Iv had a couple done and this was the the best place I could have gone. First the staff....they were all very nice and welcoming. I'm usually scared at the dentist but not this time. It was more like hanging out with friends iv known forever. The procedure.... I have never not felt pain during the numbing process but I swear I didn't feel a think! I'm still in shock about it. The docter is VERY GOOD at numbing you up so that made everything go nice and smooth. And the aftercare pack was also the best iv ever seen. Tea bags and ice pack to name a couple things. I would definitely recommend going here for any dental needs.
