Best Orthodontist ever! Very knowledgeable and reassuring..
I would give this dentist office 5 stars because honestly the dentist Marc Allred and his assistant judy and sarah (i believe are their names) are seriously awesome. From dentistry to customer service. They are thorough and understanding which is what you want in a dentist office. I am fairly a new patient still (less than a year) and I came based on a family referral and I love supporting family/small businesses. With that said. Today is the day where I definitely will never return because i believe one bad apple can spoil the bunch. Long story short I stood at the checkout counter for 15 minutes without any sort of greeting. After 15 minutes of silent treatment I'm told that I owe without any explanation as to why I owe. Then I stood for maybe another 15 minutes as they searched through a few binders where they keep bills!? (I'm assuming) then after a phone call to my insurance they have a reason. After explaining the reason, which is their fault for not sending in the bill and never making eye contact, the rude MA sticks her out hand out says my copay amount never apologizing for the inconvience. I kid you not it was the rudest I've ever in my life been treated by a medical facility...ever. So after I gave them a piece of my mind (what do you expect I just had two fillings, I'm drooling, my mouth is numb, and was treated like crap) I know I'd never return which is unfortunate because the doctors are amazing unfortunately the MAs (the customer service) sucks..
The place really does have a "family owned" feel. I've had each of the dentists here, and they're very personable and respectful when they do their job by making sure that I'm comfortable throughout the procedure. Only thing that's a bit troubling is payment at the end, for there's almost always some sort of issue. .
Allred Family Dentistry moved into the office where my dentist had been until his retirement. I planned to remain a patient there until I visited there. The new tenant, Allred Family Dentist, refused to give me all of my dental records upon request. Lovejoy Dental took me as a patient, even though I had no dental records. They tried to obtain them for me, but they were not able to get them either. I was very pleased with the attitudes of all of the office staff as well as Dr. Carlos Martinolis. They are professionals. The office and the staff were immaculate, every thing seemed to be in order, sparkling clean and very professional. I'm happy a chose to go there for dental care..
Dr. Martinolas filled in for my family dentist of 30 years when my dentist had a period of illness- Dr. Martinolas was SUPERB!! I was so hoping that when my dentist retired that Dr. Martinolas would move into his office. The practice sold to another group though and after a few visits to the new group we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. I just found out last night that Dr. Martinolas is still in this area and my mom has been going to him and loves his practice. My kids are excited that we found Dr. Martinolas again and so am I! We have our appointments set and I am hopeful that we have found a dentist that will be here for my children & their children..
MIssed appointment. Called left message to reschedule. Said the Dr. Moved to Florida and closed the office..
