Dr. Nathalie Vera, DMD

Good day. Unfortunately, I had been told that my daughter had 4 cavities and my other daughter had 3 cavities which surprised me very much and they gave me payment methods to treat them at a cost of $ 623.20 and another of $ 279.70. It was strange since the two girls go to the dentist every 6 months for cleaning. After this I asked for another opinion at another dentist because I did not believe them. Another dentist reviewed them and one of them had no caries and the other only 2. The cost is $ 0 since it covers the insurance. This dental clinic made me a false diagnosis, a shame and I can not believe that for money they are going to ruin the teeth of a child.I do not recommend them..

Brian Nitzberg, DMD

This is Elizabeth. Dr. Nitzberg was kind enough to reach out to me personally & his office had called me to make an appointment to replace the discolored filling at no additional charge to me. This effort has changed my mind of the initial review & thus this follow-up..

Premier Dental Group

Premier Dental Group - Hallandale Beach, FL ! TERRIBLE service ! Bought some VIP promotional package for $199, and was told six months prior to my appointment, on three separate occasions by Joeneen, Reina and their partners at Sage Dental in Boca Raton, FL that any future cleaning/X-Rays, etc would ONLY cost me $50 per visit. They are either scammers, very unprofessional or a combination of both. A few days prior to my appointment, Sage Dental called and told me I needed to by a new package for $159. Never offered anything else...I explained what I had been told at Premier Dental, and they said they'd have someone from that office call me. They never called me on that, but when they called me to change the time of my appointment, I took the opportunity to ask Reina yet again...and again was told the only cost to my upcoming visit, including the X-Rays would be $50. Upon arriving to my appointment Premier Dental tells me I need to buy a package that's $199...No other options. Not the $50 I was told, not the $159 Sage Dental called me about, etc. TERRIBLE !.

A Center For Dental Excellence

Office is tiny and stuffy, gives a very much crowded feel especially when there's 15 people in the waiting room, some with children. In fact, since I mentioned children I might as well disclose what I saw: the doctor called in a lady with three daughters. She left the door open so the entire waiting room saw the girls take turns lying down and being examined. She did not introduce herself to the mother until after the girls were done, and the "introduction" was a quick "Hi how are you I'm Dr. Venterina" before shoving them out the door and calling the next patient. As for my review, allow me to explain how I camr across this horrific dentist. My insurance had stopped covering my previous dentist, and I was in need of a cleaning so I looked up dentists that are covered by my insurance, and Venterina was one of the first to come up. So here I am. I had a two hour wait and when I was finally called down, all I got was x-rays when I specifically stated that I came for a cleaning. When I brought this up to Venterina, she told me a separate appointment had to be made for cleaning. Okay, take the x-rays that I didn't even WANT/NEED, but don't clean? Now I know every doctor runs his or her office differently, but I have never heard of that in my entire life. In fact, to me it just seems like a money-fueled tactic. The more appointments = the more money she can squeeze from insurance companies. Will never return.
