Do not waste your time! Poor customer service! Receptionist is a dud she barely utters 2 words to you and looks like she hates her job! They are HORRIBLE at updating records, they sent a letter to a 4 year old address! And they asked me to find a new dentist b/c we missed too many appts, but they would call my mom's phone number if we were late even after I gave them my updated work/cell/husband's #'s. Kick my innocent daughter out b/c her staff can't update a phone number! Disgraceful!.
Great dentist and office staff. Only good experiences, wish we could continue with her, but my insurance changed and we need to change providers,:(.
STAY AWAY!!!!! I would NEVER recommend her to anyone! The cost of the procedure was 3 times the price she said it would be. She then billed me and as I fought with my insurance company she placed my account in collections (in approximately 65 days) which is now negatively effecting my credit rating. Even though I have paid her in FULL. When she finally called me back she said, I had to make a financial decision. STAY AWAY!!!!!!.

Dr Sherly and his staff are professional and friendly. I have had extensive work done there and I am very please with the quality of the work. I opted into his office "insurance" plan which discounted the work I had done. Even without that, I would still choose him as my dentist!.
The best Dentistry I've had in my life. Everybody is really nice, the services are top-notch, and I get to watch Ellen when I'm in the chair. I used to be a very bad and nervous patient, and Dentistry on Haddon has put my fears to rest..
