Perhaps the worst customer experience ever. I went in for a simple SIM swap... Not only did they give me back a non-working phone, when I went back to ask them to address the problem they couldn't and told me it was my problem... So I fixed it myself (the tech stretched the SIM slot and it wasn't making proper contact) only to discover that they deactivated my voice mail. Rude people in the store, my calls to the district manager went unanswered and my emails to the DM bounced back..
