I've been a patient of Dr. Darke for many years. Never had a bad experience. The office staff and dental hygenists at his practice (Groveland Family Dental) are great, too. That's almost more important, since if everything goes right and you keep up with your maintenance, you end up seeing them more often..
Dr. Archibald is great its his receptionist/office manager RUBY who is extremely rude. I have been extremely patient with her but when she yells at you in front of other patients and talks over you rudely, that is where I draw the line. I have tried to get Dr. Archibald to call me back but she never gives him the message and says all complaints go through her even if they are about her!! She is a bad representation of him too bad she is the first one who you speak to when you call..

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need.
