I found Dr. Simmons to be a very good dentist, however the same can not be said of all of his staff. The young lady who took care of my bill filed it under the wrong name and birthdate. My insurance did not pay immediately until it was cleared up. At that time I notified billing that i was over charged $67 dollars according to my claim. They told me they had not been paid by my insurance company yet. However, when looking at my claim online they had been paid 3 days prior to that conversation..

Great experience, I felt scared to have my tooth pulled. That 10 foot needle to numb you, but I was made to feel better as I was told if I just relaxed my jaw, and well needless to say I didn't feel that at all. This guy is good. Staff was very kind as well. Thanks so much..
