We have gone to Crabtree Dental for our dental care for over 20 years -- our family was among their first customers after they opened their practice. I give their services my highest recommendation. Their office is very well managed (they almost always run on schedule, so no waiting) and they stay up to date with the latest technology. I trust Dr. Crabtree when he says something needs to be done, I don't feel any need to second-guess him, as has been the case with other dentists I used long ago. And he is very good with pain management -- I never have painful experiences in their office. My husband and I have had a number of dental problems and I've always felt in good hands at Crabtree Dental. I've had several dental emergencies when we've been overseas (while living overseas, we've come back to Crabtree Dental twice each year for our dental care) and Dr. Crabtree has been very good about consulting and reassuring and advising me while I was far away and feeling vulnerable. They have also been very helpful about fitting us into their schedule when we are in town for a short time or haven't given them much notice. I really enjoy all the staff in their practice, hygenists, technicians and other office staff and I've had good experiences with their work. Their billing people are good about knowing what is covered with my dental insurance, which I appreciate. Many of their staff have been with the practice for as long as I've been going there -- I enjoy catching up with them when I go for my checkups and feel like some of them are long-time friends. Having staff that stay with a practice that long says positive things about the management of the practice. .
Been my dentist for 28 years. I no longer live in the area, but make sure to visit twice a year for my check ups! TOTALLY worth it for the great professional and personal treatment. Entire office staff is friendly and knowledgable. No need to look anywhere else..
I had an episode as a young child with an impatient Dentist that left me terrified of dentists offices for some thirty years. Dr. Crabtree has a calming personality that made it possible (not easy) for me to get in the dentists chair. He doesn't advertise painless dentistry but he should. I have never in the past 9 years as a Crabtree dental patient had anything but a comfortable, fearless, painless experience. He's a great dentist and a really nice guy..
