I have been going to Bright Now dental for 18 years. The staff is warm and friendly and I can always count on a smile every time. They participate with all the dental plans I have had over the years. I really appreciate them!.
I cannot begin to tell the nightmare of this dental experience. I'm not a young man and have been to plenty of dentist and not one was as bad as this. When they gave me the shot I had to stop them. They hit a nerve and didn't even know it. All I needed was a root canal and cap. I had to go to Ina Rd for root canal because "they don't perform them at that location". To this day the cap is still causing me problems and the only way they'll fix it is if I spend more money. I'm already into this tooth for 1600.00. I guess I'm going to have to find a real dentist to get it fixed. I would recommend no one goes to this dentist unless you have a lot of money and don't care. If you do go all i can say is "Good Luck"..
I have been seeing Dr. Chao for over 6 years now and can say that Dr. Chao is one of the best dentist in southern Arizona. Dr. Chao has been practicing for over 10 years and comes from one of the top dental schools in the country USC. I trust his dental work, experience, and always has my best interest at heart. I feel he is very honest with my dental needs and performs procedures with ease and quality. I travel close to 30 miles to see him, and I do not regret the commute. Office staff is.

I have been going here for over 4 years and I am someone who doesn't like to go to the dentist, but this one is good. Usually minimal waiting time, they seem to actually care and always engage in conversation. Yesterday was teeth cleaning and the hygienist is fast and efficient.
