I was visiting Great Bend and had a dental emergency. I called Dr. Hart's office for help. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Dr. Hart did an an excellent job taking care of me. Great Bend is very fortunate to have such a kind, caring dental office..
Dr Hart and his staff are great. They’re wonderful with my children. However, the last 3 we have been there we’ve had issues with scheduling. They called to reschedule my two kids’ appt and when they’d did they didn’t leave their appts at the same time ... so one went back, came out then the other went back. I schedule them Together so the other doesn’t get restless in the waiting room. The last two times we’ve been there we had a 35 and 40 minute wait!!! When I finally ask they tell me the Dr is behind. I understand that happens but a heads up would have been nice. I could have left and ran an errand and came back. I guarantee if I would have been that late to the appt, we would have not been seen! Also, I had an appt scheduled and I’m glad I called when I didn’t get a confirmation call because they didn’t have the appt down anymore. I was told there was a system update and the appt basically got lost. I drive 20 mi. one way and would have been upset to make the trip for nothing..
When I started going to this office, another Dr was in it also, now that he has left you can't schedule a timely appointment and when you do reach a person, Sue the lady that answers the phone is the rudest unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune to talk to. I wouldn't recommend this place due to her alone..
He was quick and got the job done. He even called a couple hours after to make sure I was doing OK.
Doctor stank like he'd been up all night. Looked extremely disheveled and dirty. Ratty clothes and torn jeans. Not professional at all. Hands shaking. Was wearing no shoes during procedure. Thankfully I only had X-rays and never went back. Very bad!!!! How does this guy have a license????.
Took 30-40 mins of waiting in the room and then Mr. Reinhardt was supposed to perform a surgery for me. I was in excruciating pain throughout. It's as if he didn't know how to do math or something. I'm only 5'5", 150 lbs on a good day and he still didn't use enough pain relievers to do the trick. My mouth came out looking even worse and the surgery was a failure. I went to another dentist near Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in KC. That was much better..
