Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Grinview Smiles

Since I've been using Michael Grier, DDS I no longer dread going to the dentist. He's the best and his staff is outstanding too. They really care about you and make you feel like family. Shelley does my teeth cleaning and is awesome. She is gentle and know her stuff. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, and you could too..

I thought I was receiving great care, I had a bridge put in and it came with a 5 year warranty, it cracked and I went back in for him to look at he stated I had the warranty and to make sure I came back within the 5 years and I would only be charged for his time to take the old one out and place the new one which was still over 700 dollars. I made my appointment and came back within the 5 years like I was told. Everything seems great and then I get smacked with an additional 200 dollar charge from the lab. I call and find out I came in too close to the five year mark for the lab to do a full warranty, so I was now responsible for the additional fee. What kind of business gets to decide if you are too close how much they will cover? A 5 year warranty is a 5 year warranty not a I am going to tell you, you have 5 years but it is really about 4 years because other than that you are just too close to the 5 year mark! So I would advise that if you want your work to be done by honest people, with a true warranty who stand by their work, you go somewhere else.
