I very much disagree with the previous reviewer. I have never had to wait at the Goshen office longer than 10 minutes and I have been a patient there for over two years! I consistently receive high quality medical care and I have a chronic condition that requires regular care. I would recommend Family Health Care Network in Goshen to anyone seeking medical care for their entire family..
This place is horible I went in as a walk in at 9:30am and didn't get called up to the window till 10 just to say I had to come back at 12:45 because there was nothing available then I come back at 12:30 I get called in at 12:37 and Im still waiting in the room it is now 2:13.
Most of my experiences have been great. Every so often customer service is a little off. We drive over an hour away to and continue to do so for the awesome Doctors. Wait time varies some days we are waiting for 30 mins but most of the time 15 minutes and then in and out. I spend more time driving to get there than I do in the office. The Dr's are great with my children and i love that. We transferred from Hanford because of the customer service..
