I am one of Dr. Cox’s old patient from years ago like 18 years ago. I am now having my second round of braces put back on. Dr. Cox is a caring, friendly person that you can actually trust his opinion and recommendations. Dr. Cox is a honest person and that explains things well that I can understand and I have a learning disabilities /processing disabilities,etc. Everyone at Dr. Cox’s office is friendly, caring, helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Cox practice..
I had braces put on in September 2020 and my first adjustment was November 16, 2020. I was quite nervous initially but Dr. Cox and his staff helped me and made me comfortable. They kept me informed, were kind, considerate, and helpful!! Both appointments went better than I could’ve ever imagined!! Dr. Cox called to check on me after my first visit and to me that just shows how much they care. I am well pleased with the care they’ve given me and the results as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Cox to anyone, young or old, that is in need of orthodontic care!!! They are amazing!!!.

The front end staff are very friendly and they are always so welcoming and they make me feel comfortable. All of the doctors and their assistants are awesome. I can tell that they love what they do. I recommend dental smart to all my family and friends. My cousin and mother in law are patients as well. I will be able to show my teeth when I smile, i can't wait!!! DentalSmart double-billed my family for dental work and despite us having proof that the insurance company covered it, they sent it to collections anyway. Now we have to deal with that - which is a nightmare. DentalSmart has deleted multiple comments from different people on their main Facebook page who have had the same experience. Either this is an error in billing due to bad employees, or it's an intentional scam just waiting to be found out. Unless it is your last possible option, don't set foot in this place..
They are all that is wrong in this country. I can't believe how much they get away with. Medicare/ medicaid needs to do an investigation. I don't have insurance and they told Mr I needed almost 1000 dollars worth of work. My second opinion said I didn't need any. They also sent me a bill for 300 dollars later after I paid in full in office. I want to shut this place down. If they take advantage of no insurance like that... Imagine what they do with medicare and medicaid... Scam.
