Most office staff is very pleasant.. Not a good place to go if you have a fear of dentists or you are a bit anxious! I had a very bad experience going here! WOrst experience in my life in fact... I am sure all is well if you do not need much work done but look elsewhere if you need people taking care of you to have patience!.
I would agree with the post stating that they "over plan" their treatment strategy, especially if you have a good insurance plan. I also found that some of their assessments were contradictory in nature..
He is a below average dentist who over treatment plans every especially if you have a good insurance plan..
I received a promotion in the mail for a $49 cleaning, x-ray, and exam for new patients. In the office I showed the coupon and they understood what I was able to pay and what I am here for. Now I just received a **** for $480 for the exam, x-ray, and cleaning?? I told them upfront I do not have a job and am pulling from savings for this so I dont have money for anything more than $49 plus tax. They never disclosed in office they would then charge me even more on a later date. Went in December 9th, **** says this amount was charged to me December 31st, and I just received the **** in the mail as of January 18th. This is unacceptable and I am not going to pay this outrageous amount that I was never told in person I would be later charged..
I've been a patient of Dr. Ramsey's for around 5 years now, and have received gentle and excellent dental care, since the first appointment. He and his great staff are always attentive, and work to make my visit a positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and you won’t find a better dental group..
