Dr. Malkins and her staff are always friendly but have the utmost professionalism at the same time. I love the fact that many options are presented when you need dental care other than routine dentistry. Highly recommend this office!.

I had an appointment today to get a flipper for my front tooth that I have been waiting a week for. I get a call this morning that the dentist isn't in today and I need to be rescheduled. I said a dentist doesn't need to be present for my flipper but apparently, when the dentist is out, the dental staff is out with the exception of the front desk. I understand unforeseen circumstances happen but an office with just one dentist and many patients should have some type of backup plan when the dentist is out. I have waited a week for this flipper and now I have to wait until March 2nd, a little over 2 more weeks. If it wasn't a front tooth, I wouldn't be so upset. For the money I'm paying for this tooth (and it isn't cheap), I should receive better service than what I am getting. I am extremely disappoint with this office..
