Dr. Mohammed prescribed the wrong antibiotic which would have interacted with my methotrexate. It took 4 hours, multiple phone calls and visits to the office to clarify the prescriptions. His staff wrongly said he could not rx muscle relaxants that it took a specialist. He referred me to a doctor in Boston MA to treat TMJ. I live in Alabama. ??.
Not the best with kids. Show up with slightly dirty teeth, he has a bag of crackers he scrapes your teeth and puts the gunk on the cracker then shoves it in your face and tries to force you to eat it. He gets very angry over small things, doesn't seem to have much patience with the kids. Staff is nice at least. Still wouldn't recommend him to anyone with kids, go somewhere more kid-friendly so they learn good dental habits rather than getting yelled at for having bad ones..
My entire family was very impressed by the staff at Otsego Dental Group. There, we were family. I would not hesitate to send anyone their way. Outstanding service as well as knowledge of all my insurance questions. It's hard to find an office in this day and age where people still care about YOU. Thanks so much.
I had a dental emergency and they got me in within a couple of hours for a new patient appointment and then first thing the following morning for the repair! Everyone was really fantastic! The staff are helpful, friendly, and very kind. Especially to a scaredy cat like me! Thank you so much for your help! I'll definitely be returning here!!.
