Very nice but very incompetent. Missing my cavity before placing permanent crown. It was infected, remove the crown and had to do the second times..

His front office staff ruins this practice. Calls go to V/M and my husband or I never get a return call. Last appt. was cancelled by email. Wouldn't even return my call inquiring if we should find another dentist!! Moore seems to be a knowledgeable and nice dentist. Good luck with the arrogant front staff....

Moore Family Dentistry: Adam Moore, DDS

I didn’t have any issues with the care or treatment up to this point. But if I can’t trust the office to bill me accurately now, I question extensive procedures which are recommended. I take exception with consistently over-billing and collecting more than is actually due at the time of visit and failure to resolve these deficiencies fairly, timely after repeated incidents. As a patient you will not receive an accurate statement at the time of treatment which reflects the amount billed, contract rate and your current share. More money has been consistently collected than was actually due. This results in consistent over-payments. In some cases, if you have expensive work done, this can result in a large credit balance. You will not know if you have credit balance until maybe your next visit. You do not know your account status at any given time since they do not send out statements by mail or email or even provide a patient portal. On numerous occasions I have had to go to the office with documentation to support a refund. Staff becomes defensive and argumentative. This reflects poorly on the practice and we will no longer go there..
