Dr Jaffe front end staff are horrible. My appointment was at 130 and I was outside the locked door at 137 looking at my phone to make sure my appointment was for today and then looked up their phone number. Meanwhile the dentist on for that day went out the back door. And the front staff were so rude and I waited months for this appointment I was seven minutes late give or take my time on my clock. And they knew they were wrong..
Very compassionate and helpful! From start to finish I was made to feel like apart of their family. Very clean, and professional! I will certainly be sending my family here!.
Did not go over treatment plan. Removed perfectly good white filings, filed down four teeth and put silver caps on. I was very disappointed because I did not go in for back filings but for one in the front. It took several appointments (three weeks out) before he actual did the filing that I originally went for and then one of his assistance broke a tooth with a tool and he did subpar work correcting this damage and I had to go to another dentist to have the tooth completely removed..
Horrible Service. Loyal for 9 years but this place has changed. I will not be back. Who ever ginger is needs to be FIRED; Extremely disrespectful. Dr.Caledine has slipped on skills as a professional. Went back 3 times on the same procedure. Horrible enough to never go back. STAY AWAY.
Staff was really friendly. Really calm and relaxed atmoshpere which was nice and the doctor was really friendly. First time here and ill be back here next time. My wife likes this place and my daughter will come here as soon as she gets some teeth. Haha. Thank you..
