Should be zero stars. Office personnel are rude, can't answer simple questions, can't get insurance and plans verified in a timely manner and then expect full payment upon treatment..
Dr. Taylor and his office staff are phenomenal! From the moment I walk in, I know I will receive courteous and professional service. Our whole family looks forward to going to the dentist! The Martin Family.
I felt very rushed. Unfortunately Dr. Taylor was not a good fit for me. He noted that I have an overbite and asked what I thought about correcting it. I said I wasn't sure and asked him what he thought, he then pointed to an image of my teeth and asked "does this look normal to you?". The next day I had cavities filled. The assistant explained the procedure, but what to expect afterwards. I was not told to expect soreness, sensitivity, and pain at the injection site of the anesthetic for days..
Very friendly. Explained things clearly and asked for any other questions or concerns. I really liked him and look forward to my visits at this location.
My daughter, Kristen, is 11 years old and hates going to the dentist. She gets very nervous. Dr. Dixon had to do some fillings on her and when we got back in the car she said, "Dr. Dixon is the best. That didn't hurt at all. I like going to him and would not want anyone else working on me"..
