Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Dr. Shakasha Scruggs-Williams, DDS

I had a crown done by Dr. Williams. Bar far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Fast service and very knowledgeable staff. I recommend to all my friends now..

I have been going to Dr. Williams for over 20 years, along with my wife and kids, He is awesome, always in a good mood, never felt any pain from him doing a procedure, always fixed the first time, He does not try to sell you anything you don't need. Five star.

I was REALLY excited when I met Dr. Williams since I had heard he uses the "laughing" gas to help with the experience. During my initial examinations, Dr. Williams had suggested a rootcanal, and even offered me a free crown (he saw what a terrible job my other dentist had done), so out of the kindness of his heart he offered it to me, and I couldn't be more grateful! BUT! It then all went down hill... After my rootcanal procedure, I felt PAIN for days! And when I went back in, he told me to go see a specialist... long story short, the specialist informed me Dr. Williams had lodged some unknown materials so deep, it is near the BONE! He also found a canal that Dr. Williams had missed! (I thought that was the end... but since the specialist couldn't get all of the materials out because it was too deep, I am still having small amounts of pain in that tooth). This was 3 months ago. When I went in to get the crown done (after my temporary had cracked since they "couldn't fit me in the schedule", the crown was WAYYYYY too high and I couldn't even evenly close my mouth!!!! AGAIN HE RECOMMEND ANOTHER SPECIALIST!! Thank goodness I had begin seeing another dentist that had helped me!! He put in a new crown that not only feels like my own tooth, but looks beautiful compared to the metal porcelain that Dr. Williams and many other dentists use!!! Long story short, simple procedures may be great with Dr. Willaims... and he is a nice man... but the treatment (customer care and treatment) I received from them was absolutely horrendous and I since then have been scared of dental procedures. Last note, if you do go, just be prepared to be seen by a dentist that rushes in and out. .
