A few years ago, I loved this dentist. While she has a good "bedside" manner, I feel that I am now being herded through like cattle. Everyone is rushing everywhere. People come and go in the room and whisk out quickly. Also, I had an issue with getting a UPC symbol from my Zoom whitening procedure and the staff gave me a major run around. One person, who appeared to know what she was doing, didn't get back with me on the Zoom rebate. When I called two weeks, later, she had "moved on"..

I don't even know where to start. I took my friend for an appointment and the staff was great. I am deathly afraid of the dentist but when I saw how nice and courteous they were i asked the front desk person if they have any opening where they could see me at the same time. She told me no that i would have to make an apt. No problem I can do that however we traveled almost 3 hours to get to this dentist. while in the room with my friend i was telling the assistant that i would have to make an apt to see them Dr. Hansen looked at my friends chart and stated that we have come a long way and he would see me right there and then, not only did they do the xrays i that i needed they also did the impression to get my bridge work done. the only thing i will have to go back for was the fitting... the staff made me fee so comfortable and they are so caring and compassionate it was unbelievable. i would definitely recommend everyone to them. yes it was a long drive but in the end it was well worth it.... I can in with the thought I would have to have all of my top teeth pulled due to having Lupus but Dr Hanson was able to save them and did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to my family and friends..
He advertises dentures, but does not do them. No communication. He fixed my cracked front tooth. 1 week later it chipped off. It also looks terrible, off color, obvious lumps and back is falling apart. Said the rest of my teeth weren't bad, but I know they all have cavities and are loose. Where did he get his license?.
