I was in the office my daughter saw Dr Haraldson, dentist, what a great dentist. First time experience and the dentist was so gentle. My daughter and I absolutely LOVE her. We will be returning with the rest of family and friends!!.
My five year old son was having his first cavity filled, and the female dentist/orthodontist at Forreston Dental opted not to numb him because she said it wasn't that deep of a cavity. What a wonderful way to traumatize a child! He screamed bloody murder and was crying hysterically all while she said that "I don't think he can feel it. It isn't hurting him". Terrible experience. Will NEVER return..
TERRIBLE PRACTICE! STAY AWAY! My wife had a root canal that was started in December, it is now June & they have yet to finish. This has lead to it becoming infected. Either they are unaware that this type of infection could cause serious problems, including death, or they just don't care. I'm assuming the latter. It started when the weather dropped to 20 below this past winter. They closed their business, but instead of pushing all of their appointments back, as they SHOULD HAVE DONE, they instead told those whose appointments fell on those days that they would have to wait several MONTHS to see their doctors. Didn't matter if you were in the middle of a procedure, such as my wife. They didn't care & they saw no urgency. They have been nothing but rude & disrespectful. We have given them countless opportunities to correct their mistake, but not only have they refused to do so they refuse to even acknowledge it. Should I also mention that they mucked up the anesthesia so bad that she was in extreme pain for the entire duration of the initial procedure? This is a terrible place with a terrible staff who does not care about you. I don't write frivolous bad reviews online for kicks. Either you can believe me or not. Your choice. But don't say I didn't warn you. None of this has been exaggerated. They really are that bad!.
