Not bad, painless, but long wait time..
In our opinion, this dentist is the worst one we have ever encountered. In our experience, Shin Kiwon DDS did not provide individual attention to our issues and seemed distracted with multiple patients at the same time. He always makes treatment multiple patients at the same appointment time. The dentist did not consider our concerns and we were not comfortable with his invasive methods..
I asked Dr. Kim about the status of the crowns on my front teeth as I worried that they were deteriorating because of age and he assured me that they are fine. He was more preoccupied with teaching his assistant, who he told me is also in dental school, how to do the cleaning/scaling procedure on me at the appointment. I went to a second dentist 2 months later for a second opinion and was told the crowns had been deteriorating for quite some time, and that they were hanging on my one tooth. I was told that my prior appointment (with Dr. Kim) should have raised alarms and now, my condition has worsened requiring root canals, treatment for bacteria, nerve treatment, and replacement of the crowns - all of which should have been caught or prevented by Dr. Kim. Do not sacrifice your health, money, or time, and fine another dentist..
recently see her for fillings and root canal and i'm glad went to her had experience with different dentist and she's the best and not to mention her staff and her facility . She is very patient and efficient the whole process.
