Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Dr. Addison Ward III, DDS

He did a good job overall with my son's teeth but we spent a lot of time in his wating room. He was way overbooked at about 80% of the appointments we had. He can also be kind of moody. His staff is very friendly. .

2 out of 3 appointments for my son were canceled because two of the girls in the office were sick. From the one appointment that my husband was able take my son to, the dentist didn't sound quite nice. I told the lady who canceled the last appointment due to this that we would be going to a different dentist. To me the staff don't sound very healthy and I really don't want them around my son..

My daughter had her second visit today, under Dr.Pruitt. On my second visit with her the staff, excluding the dental assistant that helped with Dr.Pruitt, were note polite. No smiles, no how are you doing today, no old fashion courtesy. As we entered, the dental room, one of the workers, came into the room and said,"I'm just reminding you that you need to pay before you leave." Well, on my very first visit, that did not happen, I asked the dental assistant if they were having problems with people paying. I thought that was odd, for the lady to come into the dental room before care was going to be provided to tell me that. Dr. Pruitt, came in, and again was fantastic with my little one. And, after he left, that same lady, came in and said it again,,"I just want to remind you that you need to pay before you leave." Very unpleasant demeanor. Was it my presentation, which she stereotyped, that I would be unlikely to pay? I have no idea, however, I can not say it enough, very unprofessional staff excluding, the only lady that even talked with my daughter, and the dentist..
