This guy ruined my mouth. After spending $13,000 on crowns because he and his staff convinced me that aside from pulling my teeth, crowns were the only answer. Well, 1 year later, each crown fell out one by one. His solution? Pull everything because he couldn't replace the crowns due to decay in my roots. So, I went to him and spent $13,000 just so I wouldn't have to wear dentures, only to end up wearing dentures! I'm 34 and it's fun having to explain why I have no teeth to anyone I want to be romantic with. His staff was nice, I liked Adrian. Dr. Swann, however, should not be practicing dentistry. He is a sociopath who doesn't care about his patients and what his shoddy work does to their lives. All of these positive reviews must be from his staff because I've sent 4 friends to him and each of them ran for the hills because of how sketchy he seemed. I was naive and believed he was a good guy. Please, if anyone sees this, seek another dentist because you will highly regret ever meeting this guy. - Vincent.

I really liked her, she made my tooth pain go away and she called me directly to check back the next day and make sure I was OK. Never had that kind of personalized experience from a doctor before. Sad she left the office near me and I'm tempted to follow her to her new office..
After having a great deal of difficulty finding a participating dentist, we called a Dr. Roane in Falmouth Ma. We we made it clear that we were Delta Dental subscribers and that we simply needed a cleaning. We had been utilizing your insurance for years in Virginia with a dentist who was familiar with the federal program and understood that this routine cleaning was always a fully covered expense. At no time did this dental office make us aware that they were NOT a participating provider un.
Dr. Swann is actually a very nice, honest dentist that does a great job. I would recommend him to whole family if they lived close. The staff is very efficient too. I think this is the dentist we all wished we had forever. The office has only been open three years, lots of parking, just a very understanding staff. I am not one to like close places but they made it pleasant with a window to look out .....parking lot but its a window, lots of light. No loud TV just nice relaxed photos on the screen. Dr. Swann is an honest dentist who could have given me a new crown but said I didn't need one at this time. Honest.........So please go to Dr. Swann for dental care, you will be pleased, as I was. K. They make me feel like I'm their only patient and are completely up front about everything they do. He has stood by all his work and I really couldn't be happier with what I have received. I have no hesitation smiling anymore and my oral health has never been better. I strongly recommend his service to anyone in need of an excellent dentist. Dr. Swann is the best.
