I felt like a paycheck from the moment I walked into the office. The receptionist was on the phone immediately pumping my insurance company as to what was covered and what they could do that day. After my x-Rays and cleaning, Dr. Hunter only looked at the X-Rays and not in my mouth. He gave me a thumbs up from another room. I was the only patient there. Bad..
i called to verify my package and the lady that answered the phone didn't even let me explain myself and hang up the phone very unprofessional & disrespectful.
I have purchased a tablet over eBay. Package tracking number showed as delivered, but I have never received the package or notice. Talked to mail delivery woman, she said she has never got the package and she advised to talk to supervisor at post after she called him on the phone and gave him the tracking number. I went to post office twice so far, and they always say supervisor is out and I would get a phone call once e's back. Filled complaints and opened investigation and of course no response. This is not the first time, few months ago they didn't deliver my mom's cancer medications and I had to go through HELL to get from it the post office. I have been trying to avoid them to deliver my packages, never had a problem with UPS or FedEx. I can't wait to see USPS go out of business. .
