A friend of mine recommended them. Let me say that if you are looking for friendly personnel you are going to hit the jackpot, however the doctor cannot simply fix a simple cavity, I have gone a total of 3 times within a 6-month period and over the same tooth. Do not go here to get your mouth fix he does not know what he is doing and you will be wasting your money and in pain. .
I went in to have a wisdom tooth pulled. It was 2 days before my 10 year anniversary and was very worried! The nurses all assured me it was going to be fine and it was! The Dentist pulled the tooth before I knew it and NO PAIN! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!.
Dr. Ramsay and his staff (especially Marcy) are outstanding! I've had extensive dental work done there and not once have I had a bad experience! They didn't judge me for the condition of my teeth when I first began going there. (Due to the inability to find a dentist I could trust not to hurt me or judge me) They just helped me and fixed everything! I can smile now for the first time in years without feeling self conscious and the pain was minimal. They developed a treatment plan prior to any work being done, helped me make the decisions I needed to make that was right for me. They treated me with respect and allowed me to maintain my dignity. Thank you Dr. Ramsay for your professionalism and your compassion for my situation; but most of all Thank you for making me smile pretty again! .
It was very plseant! Everyone was very nice to me.
If I could give them a zero score I would.. Money making family business. I will never recommend Atlas Dental Specialist (ADS) to anyone in the city. This was my first time at ADS. The first impression was nice. At first, they nicely greet you, and slowly want to get over with you and treat you like cookie cutter patient. - They set me for my first appointment the same day (I was glad to get the appointment same day) but later got to know that they had another patient scheduled the same time. Doctor skipped in between to see the other patient. Seemed as if they deliberately accommodated me in their schedule fearing not to lose client and money. - I visited dentist as I had third molar (wisdom tooth) caries. After evaluation, she strongly recommended me not to go for tooth extraction and rather go for 3-4 visit Root canal. Later read MANY online sites (and also went to another doctor for second opinion) to view my treatment options and learned that recommending and then doing a root canal on a wisdom tooth is close to being unethical. It seemed as the dentist was only looking to make big bucks than care about patient. - When asked question about the details of the treatment options (Extraction vs Root Canal vs Cavity filling), doctor was SUPER rude and insulting to say to Google as she didn't have the time to teach the kindergartner. - While exiting their office, doctor asked me to say good words about them and recommend them to other patients. Hell, who says that ? If I could give them a zero score I would.. Money making family business. I will never recommend Atlas Dental Specialist (ADS) to anyone in the city.
