When I have gone to Dr. Vidan, he and his hygienist staff are great! However, in the last several months I've called and no one answers the phone at the office. I've left many messages with my name, number, and the reason for my call, and NO ONE has returned my call once. I'll be looking to go elsewhere for my family's dental care now. It's a shame, because Dr. Vidan is a nice guy. But if he does not have competent office staff to return calls and make appointments, his practice will suffer..
