Dr. Shah was our family dentist for more than five years. His cleanings were substandard. He never adjusted my bite properly at the time of service for fillings and crowns, which resulted in subsequent office visits for adjustments. He often cancelled appointments to accommodate his vacation schedule. He also seemed to be on vacation whenever I had an emergency situation, and he had no covering dentist. I eventually came to the realization that his skill level was very limited..
Told Dr.Ghali I couldn't afford cleaning every 6 months and that I want to do it only 1 time a year, and she told me that since I can afford Invisalign I should be able to pay for it. The Invisalign was a gift from my family member and she told me to just ask them to pay if I can't. The office calls me multiple times for cleanings when I keep telling them I don't want one. Very money hungry. Stuck with her until my Invisalign is finished.. don't pay for Invisalign use a Groupon somewhere else..
The best dentist and dental team ever! I thought my dentist in DC was the best but Dr. Ghali is even better. She is thorough, gentle, patient,and kind. She explains things well and goes the extra mile for her patients. It is always a pleasure to go to her office- not many people can say that about their dentist. Love her! I especially appreciate their efforts to protect patients from cross-contamination by covering all surfaces touched by them with removable hygienic coverings..
A big thank you to Dr. Katz and his entire team for giving me a smile I never could have imagined a year ago! I wasn’t expecting a miracle because of the complex nature of my case, but the results are truly amazing, and I had to share. Out of 4 other dental opinions, Dr. Katz was the only one who wanted to try to preserve my existing teeth – even when he could’ve just agreed with the others in pushing for immediate implants for more money. From that moment on, he had my trust! The office is state-of-the-art and between the flat screen ceiling TVs and parrafin hand wax, you forget you're at the dentist. Procedures are done in the most gentle way possible. Every single staff member is knowledgeable and friendly, and the office runs consistently on time with convenient appointment times. I've had a long history of dental issues and I've never taken the time to rave about or review one before. If you’re looking for a top-notch dentist in Bergen County, give them a call!.

I have been going to this dental office for 30+ years. I started with Dr Katz Sr when I moved to NJ from NY. I was referred to Dr Katz by another dentist as I was looking for a dentist that administered gas. I was always scared of having pain when my teeth were being fixed. Dr Archer Katz took over his fathers practice when his dad retired. I no longer need the gas,probably because I am comfortable with all of the work Dr Katz has done on my teeth. Needles when necessary have replaced the gas. No pain and Dr Katz and his staff are always making sure you are comfortable. The office was renovated and is a very welcome place for anyone with dental and/or periodontal needs. The staff is always friendly. I have had crowns,caps and Invisalign braces. I always get complemented on my teeth. I would recommend anyone looking for a Great Dentist to visit Dr Archer Katz. He is the best and always wants to make your smile a smile that everyone will love to see. Even, you will like your smile when your dental needs are completed PS as an extra perk the office has tv, music and you can decide what you want to see or hear. They also provide head phones and you can get a hot wax for your hands when you are having your teeth cleaned..
