Dr. Elizabeth Billiot, DDS

Love this office! Appointment wait time is minimal, staff is wonderful, and dentists are great whether you're enjoying a half hour of stand up comedy with Dr. Shaw (while simultaneously getting a tooth filled, etc.) or you're under the sweet and thorough care of Dr. Billiot. If dentists and procedures make you anxious and any pain is thy enemy, in my experience, Dr. Billiot goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. (That said, I've never felt any discomfort with Dr. Shaw either but procedures have been relatively minor.) Dr. Billiot recently removed an infected wisdom tooth with zero discomfort, made sure I felt no pain, sweetly talked me through every step, and thoroughly explained after-care. Every mouth is different, but I feared the worst with removal, which is why it ended up infected. Four days later, happy to provide feedback for a great experience..

As long time patrons of this particular office, my family and I have always enjoyed the staff, former dentist, and the dentist in partnership with Dr. Billiott. We, as well as everyone else we know, find her to be impersonal and downright rude if she feels you are 'beneath' her, or not following the 'dental bible' to a tee. (Perhaps ask me why I'm forgoing x-rays this time around and intentionally chastise me in front of the hygienist and other clients). Never again. .
