I had a very bad infection in my lower jaw due to my back molar which was under my permanent bridge. Dr Kim took me in immediately and did a root canal. She was a God send. I would recommend Dr Kim to anyone that has to have one. Thank you Dr. Kim for saving my tooth and bridge..
All was well with Contemporary Dentistry service and treatment. Truly quality work was done. All on a timely basics; without unnecessary delay. I went to Chesapeake Contemporary Dentistry in Feb 2016 because of a food-trapping problem with one of my teeth which turned out to be cavity from decay. I had gone to CCD a couple of years ago when I was referred there for a different problem and liked their service so much that I wanted to continue to see them for my current dental problems. Dr. Moomaw was the dentist I had seen before and I requested to see him again. Dr. Moomaw has a calm demeanor and explains everything that I have questions about, including X-rays, past treatments, current problems, and future treatments. His dental assistant Suzanne is also very personable and relaxed, and both of them contribute to a friendly, almost family-like atmosphere. Like most people, I don't like going for dental work, but the staff at CCD, including the front office, make the visits as pleasant as possible. The corrective procedure was as pain free and comfortable as could be hoped for, and the treatment was successful and did not require any return visits. I'm planning on continuing my dental care with CCD in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
