On 3/25, I called the office to inform Annie that delta dental said they did the pre-d & the info was available online. I told Annie that the rates were the same as she told me when I was there on 3/23 since they’re ppo. Annie said nothing showed online but to send over the implant info, which I did. I even had my dentist send over the X-ray info via email. I called Annie back & asked if the post & crown could be ordered because I really wanted to move forward with an appt right away. She said she’d asked Dr. Barden but I never heard back from anyone, which was hurtful and disconcerting. I expressed great urgency to Annie and Dr. Barden about how I’d been trying to find a dentist and have been healed since December, but neither of them seemed to care. I even sent an email on 3/31 to which no one replied. They have all of my personal info with no followup. It’s ridiculous, rude and unprofessional. Now I have to find another dentist..
I have seen other dentists there and they were great but she is horrible and my chances of recommending her is zero to none she is a haughty person and not a good dentist I would not refer my pet to her. I would suggest her being retrained on dealing with patients especially since they are the one who pays her salary because if she doesn’t have any patients she won’t have any pay..

Dr. Cuesta is a great dentist. It is impossible to get an emergency appointment and no exceptions will be made. No empathy is shown..
I had a wonderful experience. The staff are all over qualified. I am a 47 year old woman and this is the best dentist I ever been to.I felt no pain during my whole procedure and will recommend you to all my friends and family. It's worth every penny and some.
