I have been seeing Dr. Klein for over 10 years. He's a great, caring and kind dentist...would definitely recommend!.
Dr. Warner is a great dentist. My whole family goes to him even my mom that has always been scared of them. I recommend him all the way..
I avoided going to the dentist for a solid 10 years, as a kid I got about a dozen fillings and it was a terrible experience. I broke that streak and chose another dentist about 3 years ago, after going for a cleaning (at another dentist) ... I was back in my anti-dentist mode. It felt like war on my mouth. I broke my streak again and chose Dr. Sarner's office (I saw Dr. Klein). I received a cleaning which I can only describe as "not bad at all". What a difference from what I went thru before! No lectures, the hygienist was great, thorough and gentle and friendly. Dr. Klein was clearly an experienced dentist and professional. I had two fillings done - ZERO pain or discomfort. I really cant ask for more. The office itself seems to have all the right equipment, the decor isnt super modern or anything like that, but I'll take experienced hands over that any day. I plan to actually stay on a normal dental exam and cleaning schedule... for the first time in my life. .

The dentist is good, but for me the costumer service is primordial. The secretary, assistant is the firts person you contact with, the firts you talk to and it's the face of the bussines but if you have a bitter assistance that don't treat good the patients, how you're going to go to that place to see or tall to a person who doesn't care about you as patient or costumer. The secretary is so mean, she think you go do free there. I called to to ask a simple question about a pay... See More ment and what she told me was "get a calculator" that's disrespectful and it's no the first time she's mean, she always seems being in a bad mood and mad at everyone. So my husband and I decided not to go back there and also tell our friends not to go there to be treated like that. Costumer service is very important and the doctor/ dentist can be good but without good costumer service is like it's nor worth it..
