When cleaning my teeth, he was very aggressive despite the flinching, he just kept right on. Despite very healthy teeth, many of my gums were bleeding. When it came time for the polishing, not only did he not polish each tooth, he didn't even touch all sides of the tooth, instead he ran it along my teeth in one quick swipe. There was no one waiting so no reason for speed. I asked him a question, he said it was nothing and didn't answer it and then asked if I had any questions. Will not go back..
